Throughout the year, The Knoll Motel, Inc. in Barre, Vermont offers various seasonal packages and rates; however, we are always looking for ways to encourage guests to come enjoy the wonderful experiences we offer. We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to name your own rate! Here’s how it works: Based on our standard rates, you may offer us the rate you would like to pay for a specific visit (arrival date must be within 14 days of today’s date - 10/9/2008 ). We will consider your offer and let you know if we accept it or not. If we cannot accept your rate, we may counter it with another rate or date as close to your original offer as possible. If we accept your rate, we will E-Mail you for your credit card information to guarantee the reservation. We look forward to serving you! Restrictions & Important Information: Accepted rates and counter rates must be made within 14 days of the arrival date and are based on availability for rooms and packages. Name your Rate special rates cannot be combined with any other offers. Your offer is not a confirmed reservation until we E-Mail you with a promotional code and you book your room (referencing the promotional code) through our secure online reservation form on this website. If reservations are not cancelled prior to accordance with the cancellation policy, before confirmed arrival date, the guest shall be charged for the first night of their stay. If a reservation is cancelled or altered and received Within the period of 30 Days prior to the scheduled arrival date,  a fee of one night's room rate and tax shall be charged to the credit card provided and shall also be subject to a  25% cancellation fee.   If a reservation is cancelled or altered and received 31 Days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date, The Prepaid Deposit shall be partially refundable as a $35.00 processing fee shall be charged for administrative costs and shall be deducted from the refund. No refunds for early departures, late arrivals, and no-shows. Guests who depart prior to their scheduled departure date,are subject to a fee equal to the departure night's room rate and tax and shall be charged a  25% cancellation fee on the remaining nights which shall be deducted from the refund.  (75% of the remaining nights shall be refunded.) The State of Vermont Rooms and Meals Tax of 9% is additional and shall be added to the accepted confirmed rate upon arrival. Please understand our policies are a necessary part of managing a small Motel, Cancellations can effect us significantly. If you are worried about having to cancel for any reason, we recommend you purchase travel insurance through a third party for your own financial protection. Name Your Rate is not available for group or conference attendees. Submitting this form does not guarantee a reservation or a rate. The reservation will not be confirmed until a Knoll Motel, Inc. representative contacts you and the reservation is guaranteed with a credit card.
