*Our Cancellation Policy*

*A reservation constitutes a two-way contract between the Knoll Motel and you.
*It assures that your accommodations will be kept available for you on the dates
indicated, and it assures that we can turn away other potential quests for the
dates indicated.

*If a reservation is cancelled or altered inside of 15 days prior to arrival,

a fee of one night's room rate and tax will be charged to the credit card

provided. In addition, guests who depart prior to their scheduled departure

date are subject to a fee equal to one night's room rate and tax.

*Your entire deposit will be forfeited unless notice of cancellation

is received at least 15 Days prior to arrival date, you will be

responsible for the full amount of your reservation. No refunds

for early departures, late arrivals, and no-shows.

*Cancellations received in advance of 15 Days will be

subject to a  25% cancellation fee.

inclement weather, change in your travel plans, personal sickness or injury, etc.

*Additional Persons*

*Our Room Rates are Based upon Single or Double Occupancy.

*There is a $10. per person charge for the 3rd and 4th
persons in a Double Room (max 4) persons.

*Our Double Suites will sleep up to (max6) persons.

*Our Honeymoon King Suite will sleep up to (max6) persons.

*Our smaller Queen Rooms Accommodate only Two persons.
*An Additional Charge of $20. for the use of the Pull Out Sofa Bed.

*Our Rooms with One Queen Bed Room, or Two Full Size Beds
Room, or Our Double Suites, or Our Honeymoon King Suite.

*All the Rates are Based upon Two Persons per Room.

*Additional Charge For Pets*

*An Additional Charge of $10. per pet.

*Minimum Stays and Holiday Restrictions*

*A Two Night minimum stays may be applicable during

Spring, Summer, Fall & Winter Weekends.

*During The Christmas Holiday, Certain Holidays, Fall Foliage Period and

Special Events Period, and on all Accommodations year round may also require
Minimum night stays.

*Many weekends require that all rooms shall have a Two Night minimums.
