Welcome to our Name Your Rate Program page! Throughout the year, The Knoll Motel in Barre, Vermont offers various seasonal packages and rates; however, we are always looking for ways to encourage guests to come enjoy the wonderful experiences we offer. We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to name your own rate!

Here’s how it works: Based on our standard rates, you may offer us the rate you would like to pay for a specific visit (arrival date must be within 14 days of today’s date - 5/9/2008 ).

• Accepted rates and counter rates must be made within 14 days of the arrival date and are based on availability for rooms and packages.
• Name Your Rate special rates cannot be combined with any other offers.
• Your offer is not a confirmed reservation until we E-Mail you with a promotional code and you book your room (referencing the promotional code) through our secure online reservation form on this website.
• The motel has a 72 hour cancellation policy. If reservations are not cancelled prior to 72 hours before confirmed arrival date, the guest will be charged for the first night of their stay. If a reservation is cancelled or altered inside of 15 days prior to arrival, a fee of one night's room rate and tax will be charged to the credit card provided. In addition, guests who depart prior to their scheduled departure date are subject to a fee equal to one night's room rate and tax. Your entire deposit will be forfeited unless notice of cancellation
  is received at least 15 Days prior to arrival date, you will be responsible for the full amount of your reservation. No refunds for early departures, late arrivals, and no-shows.
  Cancellations received in advance of 15 Days will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
  
• The State of Vermont Rooms and Meals tax of 9% is additional and will be added to the accepted confirmed rate upon departure.
• Name Your Rate is not available for group or conference attendees.
• Submitting this form does not guarantee a reservation or a rate. The reservation will not be confirmed until a Knoll Motel representative contacts you and the reservation is guaranteed with a credit card. Only then will you be given a confirmation number.
• The Name Your Rate special rates cannot be combined with any other offers and The Name Your Rate Program is not valid during Special Events or Seasons:

• The Nightly rate is based on two people per room. While we generally require a two-night minimum stay during weekends, holidays, and foliage season, occasionally one-night stays are available. Please call to check. All rates are subject to Vermont's Rooms and Meals Tax of 9% is additional and will be added. No service charge is added to your bill.
• Gratuities for our housekeepers are left to the discretion of our
  guests.
