*Our Cancellation Policy*
*A reservation constitutes a two-way contract between the Knoll Motel and you.
*It assures that your accommodations will be kept available for you on the dates
indicated, and it assures that we can turn away other potential quests for the
dates indicated.
*If a reservation is cancelled or altered inside of 15 days prior to arrival,
a fee of one night's room rate and tax will be charged to the credit card
provided. In addition, guests who depart prior to their scheduled departure
date are subject to a fee equal to one night's room rate and tax.
*Your entire deposit will be forfeited unless notice of cancellation
is received at least 15 Days prior to arrival date, you will be
responsible for the full amount of your reservation. No refunds
for early departures, late arrivals, and no-shows.
*Cancellations received in advance of 15 Days will be
subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
